Once again New Horizon will be collecting school supplies for Family Resource Day beginning July 19 through Aug 2. This year we are asking for

• 100 pair school scissors
• 1000 pencils
• 225 individual highlighters
• 400 College Ruled Notebooks
• 25 backpacks

Please keep to items listed here as other churches are also collecting items and all will be put together to fill bookbags for the distribution.

Family Resource Day will be held on Saturday, August 8 at Salt & Light on Anthony Drive in Champaign. Last year nearly 800 filled bookbags were given away, along with food, clothing & health screenings. Over 20 local churches come together for this great community outreach event.
