Body & Soul is a fitness ministry for women where we work out together, getting ourselves physically and spiritually fit.

 

Workouts

Workouts incorporate both cardio and strength training including high and low impact aerobics, kickboxing, dance, plyometrics, Pilates, weights, resistance work, and stretching.  Each session is adaptable for all physical fitness levels and ages, giving a great workout for everyone!  Women in class have experienced increased cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle strengthening, and weight loss.

Spiritual

It is the spiritual element of our time that sets us apart, keeping our souls in shape as well.  All workouts are set to contemporary Christian music and each class ends with a devotional from the instructor.  The Christian message in the music and sharing from the instructor provide opportunities to grow in faith every day. Several times a session we spend fellowship time together after class or outside of class to enjoy the relationships we've developed, have a snack and get to know each other as friends.

Join Us

We have Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer session meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-10am.  There is a nominal registration fee and childcare is available.  If you would like to join our class or have questions contact Sara:
